We started to work with Pearl Accountants last April. So far, Im very satisfied. Theyve prepared our companys tax return as well as mine, and are responsible for our payroll. Fair prices and most importantly, my account manager Sandeep Chhokar always respond to my emails promptly, and is ready to respond to my questions and clarify my doubts in a very professional manner. I do recommend them.
Pearl started well and Jamshaid was excellent , but unfortunately when I had paid to receive an electronic copy of my accounts, this was not forthcoming. Instead paper copies were submitted to HMRC and to date I have never received the scan receipts and excel accounts spreadsheet I paid for. When I contacted the firm about the next set of accounts and asked for my already paid for accounts their Business Manager , became rather rude, patronizing and disrespectful. Thankfully Jamshaid, a new business director, came to my aid and has maintained the company's high reputation by sending me electronic copies, as soon as the matter was brought to his attention.
