The day before yesterday I bought jalebee from Nirala Hounslow which was not fresh and the smell of oil indicating that you were using old oil (used oil thousand times). My question how do you use smelly old and top of that you are selling it? Please explain thanks. If you need further information I will provide you. Initially, I called you but your number is premium number and I don't have extra money which I spent on your jalebee then on phone call thanks.
Dont buy any Cake from their any of this store! They just ruined my birthday party for this cake! Their cake is full of cream and dalda flavour! Disgusting taste! I just BIN the whole cake! I never tasted any cake like this before in my life!!
Sweets are best in UK. A lot better than Ambala. I don't understand why Indian people are blaming the Pakistani staff as I'm Pakistani and I get the same treatment as Indians Nirala owners need to step up and improve the customer service The old saleman need to change his attitude towards customers.
sweets I tried are not good in the taste, they don't know how to behave with the customers. I had a bad experience there. I won't suggest this shop at all. If customer buy lesser quantity then thier treatment was different and they will pack the sweets in plastic cover which is very odd.
