Worst customer service. Lady who works in women shoe section shows faces to and acts rude if we try more shoes or ask help. Please employ staff who are ok happy to work rather than chatting or commenting on customers who come to buy. I will never go to this shop or recommend anyone to this Hounslow central high street sports direct shop.
I bought the shoes on 4th January. I'm not feeling comfortable with the shoes & my leg is paining and said I can't walk with the pain thought of exchanging.We usually don't store the box we threw away the box because we feel those are good. They didn't give me exchange saying that they need the shoe box and those are worn out. I'm feeling bad about their service.
Hounslow Branch is not opening before 9:30 am.but on search results it shows opening times as 9 am. This is causing inconvenience for customer. Please update the timing accordingly.

Worst store. BE CAREFUL AND TRY SHOES PROPERLY BEFORE BUYING. The store staff and manager are pathetic. They sell defective shoes. Give only one shoe to try and after you buy and wear it at home, they won't exchange even if you return with original packing. Worst store, worst customer service.
