The online process was fairly straightforward. My gf and I rented a van to move our belongings to our new flat. Upon arrival, the woman we spoke to was very understanding and helped me to operate the van as I'd never driven an automatic before. I can't speak for every Hertz depo but the Feltham branch is very good and I'd happily use them again.
Prices given are just to get you in the door. They then expect 300 + which they refund on return which you would have to wait 4 days to clear back into account and provided there no damage ...
Great staff. Great prices. Great car. I have got a car with 10 miles on the clock. Virtually new. I drove 700 miles on 4 days down to Cornwall and Back to London. My family was delighted and we would use Hertz again.
