Good selection but the Que to be served can be a lengthy wait. Staff service is good. The place is generally clean
Watch the dates on your purchases here. I have, on a few occasions, bought food for three days and found that it is all on its use by date. Also, after a given time in the evening, they remove the hand baskets (presumably they get a lot of drunks in) so you have to carry your shopping in your arms. Also the waits here can be pretty long - even when they ring the bell, it's pot luck as to whether extra staff bother to man the tills.
It's good to have M&S near to house. Good service, fresh products. 24 service.
Very busy place. Good variety of food and drink.
