Unreliable & Unprofessional - I had a really special day; I checked Heston Florist business hours on google before visiting them & on phone they also confirmed closing time 1730Hrs but I was left extremely dissapointed to see shop is closed at 1600Hrs and displayed closed sign on door, couple of girls were sitting inside, I requested them to open the door but they did not responded to my request. My day was ruined because of their nonprofessionalism, This completely shows that they dont take business serious & have no business ethics.
Flowers ordered for my grandma's funeral. Very pleased with how the flowers looked and our requests were dealt with promptly. Will use again in the future
I ordered a bouquet for my wedding, I had specifically informed the florist that I need the flowers at 9.30am. The flowers were not ready at that time, she was still making the bouquet when my family member went to go and collect them. My arrival at the wedding venue was delayed due to this reason, the start of my day was spoilt because of this reason. Not happy at all. I had very high expectations however, these were NOT met.

Bought flowers, at not inconsiderable expense, for a birthday gift. They were dead within 3 days and attempts to contact the florist to rectify this have been ignored. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere.
