Worst place I've been. We got there, the restaurant was empty, with a very dead atmosphere, no music or friendly welcome. Sat down and ordered food. Fish 65 - is basically battered fish covered in uncooked masala. Mixed grill - the chicken drum sticks were undercooked (raw). We ordered egg fried rice for my nephew, it came in 2 minutes - leads me to suspect it was just reheated in the microwave no one can make egg fried rice that quickly. The waiter was right at the other end of the restaurant, we had to shout across the room to get any service or attention. The raw chicken was enough for us to leave and go to our regular restaurant in Hounslow. Would not recommend. The waiter was miserable, no smile or anything. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received.
The restaurant was empty when we got there On a Saturday night. The atmosphere is awful it was too quite as the restaurant doesn't play music. The service was very poor I had to call the waiter over at the desk every time single time. The food was not good at all, ordered a mixed grill which was not upto standard, the chicken was so raw it was practically red inside. The egg fried rice tasted like cardboard, and the fish 65 tasted like birds eye fish fingers with some red food colouring slapped over the top. I would not recommend anyone to go there, got to say its the worst place I've ever been to eat on A Saturday night!
