Easy to find, car was waiting for us, professional staff, no damage, only 8 miles extra on the clock, even though our return was delayed for 9 hours. With a process that simple dont understand the haters?
Please ignore everyone whose review says they found it difficult to find - there are instructions that my 13 year old daughter could read and follow - prepare better before you set out rather than blaming this company for your inability to follow instructions.Personally I was happy with the parking service very efficient drop off, but when you return you must remember to call when you get off the plane (if you are traveling light) or when you get your bags (if you checked luggage in), as it does take about 15 mins for your car to be delivered back. However I still think it is more convenient than the long stay bus battle which is the last thing you want to endure after a flight. I also booked a valet too while I was away, and they did a great job and would highly recommended it.I also think their customer service is excellent, there was one recent occasion when I thought I had booked with MBW (I am a frequent traveller) but had inadvertently booked with a competitor - regardless, the chap who organises everything for MBW at T5 was super helpful and even went to other firms to check who I had booked with - thats great service and has cemented my repeat custom.
Used for 1 week at Heathrow T5.Missed the floor that we should have parked at, I recommended keeping your eyes peeled!On car return we were asked for 20 for a car wash that we had not ordered nor agreed to.SIMON who was manning their desk handled perfectly. Great customer service. Arranged for the charge to be removed.When we saw the car not only had it been washed but hovered internally. It was in a much better condition than 1 week before so we then decided to give them 20 cash.We recommend them
