Needs to be replaced with a pharmacy we can trust such as a Llyods or Boots.
Sorry to say this but you need big improvement in your front desk customer service.If it was one issue i could write but lot of things are messed up in your pharmacy and you got to work on those before loosing more customers.Me and my 3 family members already gone but thought to let you know.There is hundreds of pharmacies waiting to help and deliver a super nice service.Never forget this.Shake up your team.Trust me.
