My son has been with this nursery for 4 months and I am very impressed with the care that my son receives. I am extremely happy with the staff, mealtimes, procedures, education and the variety of activities.My son has settled in nicely and is very happy there and looks forward to nursery each day.
My son had been with this nursery less than one month, I found it is not as good as what you see. He could not eat well, one week only had poo twice, normally he did everyday. He suffered a lot, there always had unexplained scratch on his face. he had a big accident, but they said they did not see how it happened. I asked them to do investigation, the manager always follow what the staff said and refused to take useful actions at all. We have to bring our son to emergency and ask many days off to stay at home to check his situation. When we explained to hospital it happen in the nursery but nursery said it was that he hurt by himself, doctor shows very doubt expression, it was obviously not he hurt by himself. After conversation with nursery they still giae us unreasonable answer, we have to give up.Another thing is they can not be trust. The manager admitted in the meeting and also inside the email that she would refund us the balance fee of that week, but after one month they still didnt pay back. When we asked they said they could not refund etc. How can you your baby be in such untrusted nursery. I wrote this just for not letting another parent suffer this experience again.
