Escalaters won't working and the toilets were in a state. But good place to park.

Theyve spent so much money on the centre but why the planners get it so wrong? The entrance and exit to the car park is so narrow and so are the parking spaces. Car parking rates are so high at 1.50 for the first hour and so on. Its just a money making machinery with no thought of the common shoppers. Theres something not right of the design and ambience of the whole place. Shopping is not so brilliant either comparing with Oracle in Reading and Festival Place in Basingstoke.
Just the place...nice front desk staff... convenient to every place in Hounslow and around...if you don't have a car even better.Little nuisance as the new building comes up across the road..but the builders are careful.
Well laid out, like the facade of the whole building, engagement both for adults and children though having a cafe there wouldn't hurt. Especially like the broad pavement around the building, makes it easier to access even during peak hours of the day!
