Customer service based in Albania where apparently they couldn't care less about manners. Heard a lot of "I know what I'm talking about" and sarcastic "Of course" but my questions remain unanswered. Had to hang up on the woman. Going to Ryanair and booking all the extras for a lower total cost.

Alitalia hosts on the air are professional, pleasant, we'll dressed. But the (ground) check in staff are more often, rude, unpleasant and impatient. Alitalia supervisors should observe how your ground staff treat customers. Fix this and you'd be a 5 star airline!
