Pathetic place
Ideal for small get togethers. Gary and his family know how to look after you and your guests very well. Lovely food too. Just like having a party at home but without having to worry about cooking and cleaning afterwords

good but food little bit ok
The food was brilliant, better than most venues. However, I had payed for the venue and the manager agreed that if there were more people coming then she would take extra charges for the food, that was fine by me. On the day of the event, more people came to the venue than we thought and so there were more tables and more chairs required... The manager said she would need to charge us for the chairs and tables too. Although I agreed to pay, I thought it was a complete rip off. Especially considering that they mentioned beforehand that we were able to take as many chairs, tables, etc with no charge. Also, the manager seemed quite moody as the kids were popping party poppers and the manager said "oh no, please don't, we have a party after this and we need to clean it up"... Well that is your job, isn't it? There were a lack of employees, which meant that we had difficulty approaching them. We had to get our family members to help out instead. Overall, there were not many problems with the venue as the food was great. Yet, make sure they don't rip you off like they did to me.
