I have a fiat 500 twinair which has run without fault since new. Brought the car to Fiat Hounslow for its routine service and the next day the car started misfiring, the Stop/Start function no longer worked and the engine management light came on. On calling they refused to look at they car without me paying for diagnostics and they have refused to take any responsibility even though admitting the car had no registered faults before the service. I will never bring my car here again and I advise anyone to exercise extreme caution before using Fiat Hounslow for any mechanical works.
