A very unsatisfactory experience, sadly.The person I spoke to was completely disinterested, disengaged and borderline rude with me.Furthermore, I believe that the other 4 reviews posted on here (all 5*) are from the employees themselves...a shame really, but obviously needed.I'm sure this isn't a reflection on everyone there (one other employee was perfectly nice to me), but it's a real shame that I had this experience with someone who clearly didn't want me there.
