Great over all service. The welcome I received when I collected my car was really good. Offered hot drink and brought the car outside and even helped me with my son's car seat. Thanks ford

I had a problem with the Bluetooth in my car so I brought it to the service department here as I had bought the car here and also got it serviced here previously. I spoke with a guy at the service desk and explained that the Bluetooth had stopped working. Even though my car is still under warranty he told me Id have to pay 120 for them to Investigate the problem. After declining to pay 120 I went to another ford dealership and was told as my car is still under warranty I wouldnt have to pay anything. Customer service at Ford Hounslow is absolutely shockingly bad and I will never again deal with them . Avoid at all cost
The sales team doesnt work in tandem with each other. No prompt follow ups to turn an potential inquiry into a sale. They dont regret being unprofessional nor not being able to sell their cars. Dont trust this branch of Ford though they call themselves Trust Ford.
Think twice before buying a car from here! We contacted them to get list of cars which would fit to our preferences. They sent a list where was one we liked. Everything went well till I informed I would like outsider technician to come and do a check on the car. After that I did not hear from them...I called and I got guy on the phone who poorly lied that the sales person is having a lunch and promised they will call me back(definitely not lunch time).I did not receive any so I called again after over 1h. Then another person answered and after waiting many minutes on hold, she said the car we wanted is not available anymore as it's going to auction.I find it extremely weird that a car that had potential buyers was decided to put to auction...I still asked the sales person to give me a call and I was promised that will happen in the next 5min. I didn't receive a call but an email instead "explaining" the same. I questioned what auction is it when I got round answer "If a vehicle fails prep we send it for auction where people can purchase at a low price for parts or to fix it up" So we were offered a broken car.
