Distraught is an under statement. Following the online reviews we decided to take our car for a service. Rather than receiving a service my car was left tainted with oil. They initially admitted to the is being their fault and offered a refund but back tracked upon this decision. There is no real complaints process with this garage. Don't be fooled by the fact they are a Bosch service centre. I wouldn't ever recommend or trust this garage. In my mind j thought this could just be a one of experience which if they resolved witj a refund would have been fine but instead they've decided to dispute things and so I'm now in determining the next complaint process.
I found this garage from google reviews. This was the first time I used this garage, I was very happy with the service. My car went in for a MOT. They are thorough and they send you a video of their findings. They were able to repair the same day and I added a service last minute too, which they did in a timely manner. Bal and Faisal are very friendly and explained everything clearly. Recommended them to friends and family. I will be back again next year :) Khalima
Very happy with the service, recommended by a friend and have to say its been some time i've had satisfying results from a garage. Bal and Faisal were awesome, very keen to help out, no fuss or haggling just got the job done properly and in a timely manner. Information is given prompt with e accompanying video which is really useful. Would recommend :)
Recently used this garage for the first time for a Service + MOT and overall I am very happy with the service I received and would have no problem recommending them to friends and family. Once my car was dropped off they emailed a video of it's condition which I found very helpful. They then called and went through prices of any issues that showed up on the video. Also, very friendly staff.
VSC were really excellent. Full service and also an MOT repair were carried out efficiently and for a good price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was sent a short video by the workshop in which the mechanic showed me the areas of the car that needed work and why. I found this a really novel and useful idea. I would definitely recommend the garage to friends and family.
