Staff are friendly but they fail in the most important part which is what the customer came for QUALITY SERVICE I told them about my problem and they claimed to have fixed it several days later the problem was still there after i came and told them to fix the problem they told me oh sorry we need to also fix this part too and wanted to charge me again i returned a few hours later to see them doing a terrible job and when I caught them in the act they said ok we will order a new part for you I waited two days for the part to arrive and returned thinking my car was fixed a few months later guess what the same problem and when I spoke to the RAC after i had broken down they pointed out several things that this garage has done in order to save money and increase there profit margin and how they barley fixed the problem just a quick fix solution, I will definitely not be coming back here again.
This garage has the best services in Hounslow. I drive all the way from Kingston to here. I recommend to anyone who wishes to have excellent services.
Absolutely the best car service experience ever. I would totally recommend this. Look no further as the services are higher standards and the prices are very cheap. Glad I have it near my house.
Staff are all very friendly and price for repairs is reasonable. They found the issue with my BMW and fixed it in the same day when I arrived without prebooking. Only downside was they weren't able to let me know how many hours I'd need to leave my car with them and I ended up calling them to find my car was already done
I always take my car to this place for MOT. Awesome service brilliant people. They advice as they go along. I highly rate them & will definitely put pictures up with their permission next time... thank you for the lovely experience. Keep it up
