I have been a patient at this excellent dental practice for many years. I had all four wisdom teeth removed, which came out later in life, very skillfully by an experienced dentist. It did not affect my current wisdom. Today, 2.10.2018, two of my upper moving teeth were removed by Dr Gaurav Parshad, I did not have any pain or bleeding. His professional and communicative skills are superb. I noted that dentists, nurses and receptionists were showing their white teeth in their smiles. I recommend this dental practice to other patients who are looking for a good service.I wish Dr Parshad, other dentists, nurses and receptionists; Happy New Year 2019. They have been very helpful to me in 2018 and I saw that other patients were also smiling. I recommend this practice to new patients because their patients get better, so they need more patients.

Just finished my treatment and couldn't be happier with the results. Dr Dollay and the rest of the team at Care Dental have been amazing.
My family have been attending your dental surgery for several years now, and we used to be treated by Dr Path who is wonderful. However, for the last couple of years, my mother and I have been passed on to different dentists. My mother is 87 years old and has had many sessions of treatment. The last time she attended in 2017, she was treated by Dr Dolly, a part time dentists. This was not suitable as my mum required treatment often and had to wait several weeks for her next appointment. We complained that she should be referred to someone else, without success.This year, she again needed urgent treatment and attended in early May, where she was examined by Dr Dolly again. Again, our dissatisfaction with the situation was intimated, and heated words were exchanged between my daughter and Dr Dolly. It ended with Dr Dolly saying that she would refer my mother to another dentist in the practice.I telephoned you a few days ago to enquire why I hadn't heard from you for at least 3 weeks, to be advised that you would not like to treat my mother due to the breakdown in communication. Words were exchanged between my daughter and Dr Dolly - not my mother. It was hardly a reason for you to take such severe action so as to discharge her. She is so old, in need of urgent dental repair work and you have had no consideration for that, because your ego was hurt a little? if you did not want my daughter to attend with my mother, you could have said so, but because we requested a different dentist, you've used a silly excuse to let my mother suffer without the urgent treatment she requires. Your handling of the situation has been appalling, to say the least. I am horrified by your stance.
