this is possible the worst receptionist i have ever encountered. It is not a great reflection of the dental practise if such incompetent people are your first point of contact
This is the best dentist I have ever been to. The receptionist is very polite and helpful. The dentist gave sincere advice and the treatment was done to a perfect professional standard. The dentist took time to explain treatment options and did not push me to go for the most costly one! I felt valued as a patient. I have been to many dentists in my life and this one really did stand out as being a cut above the rest.
Been using Ivory Clinic for a number of years now. I've always managed to get appointments when required, urgent or routine. Great service is and advice from the team.
I have never left a negative review in my life and I do realize that this is not a Harley street dentist, but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go to a dental clinic. The receptionist has no manners whatsoever and will try her utmost to be rude, she will talk to you like you are not worth a time, will easily interrupt you or even put the phone down on you!... and the dentist will back her up all the way..
