Mariana is super. She is fast and efficient and generally wonderful.
Even with the store absolutely empty you still have to wait ages for the item being send from the upper floor. Avoid at all costs if you dont have the time to wait ages.
Terrible service from very unfriendly, rube dismissive staff when trying to collect a product,Could not be more unhelpful. Would no waste my time here again!!
Good day, I am wanting to leave a review for an extremely impressive and outstanding employee that I dealt with recently in your Hounslow store. I was having some difficulty with finding what I wanted When I was approached by Mariana who had noticed that maybe there was something she could help with. Being elderly myself she was patient whilst listening to me and what I was trying to do. Not only did she show me how to check if the items where in stock but also how to fill out the oder slip right through to collection, was very impressed!!!
