Went to Harrods in Heathrow airport and very disappointed. Staff very rude and completely undermines a customers ability to purchase their products. The lady didnot even allow us to look at the handbags properly saying it is "costlier than your airflight tickets". If this is how they treat their customers then i am not surprised that the shop was empty with no customers!!
Well managed store at airport to buy branded goods. The prices are quite high. Friendly staff

I've always been a fan. Even though this store is really small, they still sell beautiful items and it's a great place to spend the time inside the airport. The employees are kind.
