Went to Central Heat on the recommendation from a friend and must say she was absolutely right. I needed to fit out my parents wet room and it was really important to get the appliances right as I was working with a small space. Jas took his time ensuring the appliances worked with the dimensions of the wet room and also gave me some good advice. Worst service I have ever had online. Highly highly recommend you to avoid this company. Ordered a glitter basin tap over a month and a half ago from this company in the region of 250GBP. It still hasn't arrived. After multiple attempts of contacting the company I finally got through and asked for a immediate refund. Assistant at the time said the refund would be processed right away but I Still have not received any confirmation and after trying to get an update I can no longer get through again. Shambles of a company avoid all other reviews please take you're business elsewhere or you'll regret it. The prices are not worth the headache you're about to get. I am now starting a bank chargeback for my refund. AVOID!!!!

They understood our needs, designed a few options and gave sound advice and delivered everything very quickly and smoothly. Go see them for your next bathroom, cloakroom and boiler (we did the whole lot). Thanks Central Heat.
