Didn't like the store, so compact and stuff everywhere. Unless you grab a knowledgeable member of staff I think some of the others are a bit wet behind the ears. Brochures are nice.
Made an online order which had no delivery charge, this made them good value as product was more expensive than elsewhere but others charged delivery. Order placed 9am, i had a call at 4pm saying it was an error and needed to pay nearly 30 quid delivery!!! So they were no longer cheaper, and asked for a refund, and i lost a day by having to order from elsewhere. I think they should have honoured it, its their mistake. At best match the best price including delivery from elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting.
Incredible service great product and prices
I wish I could give a minus score. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. We went today with a list of things we needed to buy for 2 bathrooms. A good bit of business for somebody. However, the guy in the shop didn't even acknowledge us. Chatting to another guy, left us standing for a good 25 mins. I asked how long until we could have some assistance, he shrugged and said at least an hour. No customer service, in fact just no manners. Rude and arrogant. Don't wast your money.
Excellent showrooms. Most bathroom/toilet stuff in stock. Or can be ordered very quickly. Slick service. Easy access by road. Have delivery service.
