Great place to relax before your flight.
Pretty average service with your standard drinks and light food, but on this particular trip, it was nice to have a place to wait with the family. Theres a little kids play spot that kept the kids reigned in pre-flight.
Terrible service. One of the major reason I am canceling my Citi card. Place is not even to American standard place need major renovation. United airline lounge is way better and service as well.
Checked in and checked right back out again. Its about as good as US located clubs. Very light snacks, miserable atmosphere, and no seats.Went to the BA Galleries instead since theyre One World (note you can use Cathay too).
