This gym for me is great. Yeah they occasionally have issues with plumbing but I usually go first thing in the morning. And its empty and I have access to any equipment without waiting. For 25 a month you get a hell of a lot of stuff. So for me well worth the money.
Good staff and I like it more because sauna / steam room is separated I wish they do some days or one day ladies only swimming will be perfect
i dont like it..Absolute shambolic ... coaching staff are very rude as i remember once i was in gym during closing hour, they were trying to turn off The treadmill while i was still running.plus there are many other occasion when the customer service is not helpful too ,,On that day when i tried to complain instead of apologize, the receptionist start defending the coach asking me that i have to leave before closing hour.the closing hour were 0900pm ,while they asked me to leave 0830pm. there wasn't as such displayed notice of closing 30min early, it seems they were in hurry to close it early....Also please read carefully the term and condition of contract, there are some hidden clause which may cost extra money in case if you for some reason leave the contract early...its not one month notice period ...could be more,,,friend of charge for 54 days after requesting for cancellation...Annoying and shambolic
Friendly staff members who greet you upon entering and leaving. Great facilities at the gym. If there are repairs happening, they will inform us via sms. Highly recommended and great value for money.
Yesterday was my first day in the gym.. my client from ezeetech.co.uk suggested me to join this gym.. it did went downhill but now they have renovated. excellent equipments..decent people around. Yes it is busy..Today had a dance class held by yazzy and it was fabulous..in swimming water is cold..
