Location is very good , the gym is friendly and so is the staff , equipment is not always available but generally good
Some staff seemed less than professional / friendly. Others were more helpful. Some staff swearing... Openly. don't know whether an attempt at motivation but just came across as chavy and impolite. showers had block such that the changing going rooms, Mens atleast smelled like sewers.Most equipment faultyFloors ripping up Ac dripping and broken Not ventilated bad Bo smells Machines missing hooks Punch bags are ripped, Entrace door temperamental Finger sign in faulty and the gates or broken Too much space wasted on cv machines Some of which aren't working and doubt ever will Water machines warm water and broken Most wall art women = sexist Certain wall rules and TV adverts such that these poeple think they are harrods of London gym. Gosh. Guys go clean ur toilets first. Maybe obey that rule Holes in most walls.Ventilation bad that smells longer everywhere.U don't believe a gym can be that bad? Go and see it.
On the plus side there is loads of equipment and the gym is as cheap as you can get.The clientele is what lets it down, weights are rarely Re-racked. Its common to find 100kg+ a side left on the leg press. Dumbbells are all over the place. Equipment is often broken. The concrete floor has been damaged by people dropping the dumbbells. Mens changing room has big holes in the wall plasterboard. They should insist people use deodorant, it smells pretty bad in the summer.Buuut, its cheap and there is loads of equipment . If you sign up on line you have 14 days to cancel for nothing so you can effectively give yourself a 2 week free trial. Oh and not much parking.

Council should lock this zim very dozy be carefully they charged me 260 for one hr I joined monthly no contract I stopped I call them lots to stop they said we don't have your name in system .I went 3time to see manager they always said manager will call you nobody call me I stopped drict debit they send me letter 260 balance. Not good for Hounslow residents.
