Awful service , trying to get an appt over phone let alone in the surgery. Then when you finally do, have to wait all day and even the next day and call 3 times before GP calls you back. Even after being told by receptionist that doctor WILL call on the day!!! for 2 months my diabetic, low kidney functioning mother has been suffering in excruciating pain and had side effects to what was prescribed - BUT still no priority or urgency is given. Had to look up symptoms, force urine sample on to the surgery to test. Called numerous time to get referrals to Urgent care at hospital - they don't even know what system they are using to get the correct referrals submitted.! My mother said she is better off dead! as no one is helping her.
Why is there a problem with GP surgeries not using the correct electronic systems so that other GP practices and hospitals actually receive referrals? in the mean time patients are NOT being cared for at all. where is the 'wellbeing' and care?????????
Very happy with everything from first stop in surgery.Receptionist very helpful and friendly,doctor exactly same Reena Armin-thank you one more time for fast respond where I was really stressing about(specially I went that day to a different clinic which I actually get very bad experience and this place got best reviews...)Its good there is still people are in this world where they care about other people.
I have had an excellent service at this Doctor's Surgery. From appointments, to seeing the Health Care and Doctor and the Receptionist's are really helpful. They contact me if I need to attend for anything. The surgery is spotless and very clean and tidy. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommend this surgery. Nothing bad at all to say.
I might be bucking the trend but so far I can not say a bad word about the medical or admin staff and their workings at the surgery. Small glitches that happened I would put down to the system shortcomings rather than personal unwillingness to do the job the best they could. Always polite, always ready to find solution. I'm convinced that being polite, respectful and understanding goes a long way in creating the good vibe environment.
