This is the second time a referral to another GP practice (as this practice does not do it) for treatment has failed to be received by the other clinic. I expressed my concern when requesting this and the doctor said of course it will go through! the doctors 'blaazay' attitude is extremely rude and irritating. I will REFUSE to see him in the future.
Absolutely worst practice I've been to as yet. Went as a normal procedure after hours ended up being sent to hospital for 1 million tests without no explanation or consent.
Useless organisation. Jobsworths who don't care about people. Called 111 for an out of hours appointment. Appointment was booked for Sunday afternoon. Turned up at the surgery. No trace of the booking. Hopeless. NHS going to the dogs. Despite there being only a few other people there they refused to see us. I would never use this facility again and I would ask anyone to avoid it. Rude, arrogant, surly staff who did not want to help.
Booked a phone appointed between 11am-1pm on a Friday. Never received a call. Called them and they said I'll get a call soon when the doctor is done with the patient. Waited until 4pm and called again - then they said the doctor will call around 6pm. Waited until 6.30pm and didn't receive a call at all. Surgery closed until Monday. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing service, wasted my time!
Visited this surgery recently and asked staff if I can get some water to drink and she said Ask the nurse when you go inside for the appointment, which is in 20 minutes time. Why cant they have a water dispenser in the waiting area? That will be very helpful in weather like this when temperature is on record high. Do someone really need to tell or leave a review about that or it should be provided at first instance ? Very disappointed, now eagerly waiting for my appointment, I hope it is not late.
