I have been a patient with Cranford Medical Centre for over 20 years. I have always received a high level of care from the practice, previously with Dr Alick Munro who was a committed and caring doctor to me for many years.The receptionists and allied health professionals are always friendly, professional, courteous and go out of their way to help and accommodate. Indu Rai, Preet, Alison and Sharon are just a few of the team that deserve special mention for all the times they have supported my family and me.With regards the current doctors, Dr Zamani, Dr Sethi and Dr Sandhu are all excellent examples of the medical profession. I could list numerous times when each one of them has gone above and beyond what is expected from a GP to support me and other members of my family. They have written letters, carried out home visits and liaised with other health professionals and social services whenever my family and I have needed support and care.Sincerely, I can not recommend this surgery enough as an example of how an NHS GP surgery should be run. Thank you to everyone who works there.
Now under new management booking a doctors appointment is easier than before.To make a booking for a blood test or to see the practise nurse is easier with longer opening hours.I've only be seen by one doctor who treated politely & professionaly. The staff are always polite

I had an emergency appointment booked for my daughter. When we arrived I was told it was cancelled and that they 'tried' to call me to let me know. I never received any call or voicemail. I had to take my daughter to A&E instead and wait there for 4 hours. Rubbish service and lazy staff who are liars.
I have been with the surgery for a few years now and the care, respect and treatment I have received here is amazing. I, myself, have seen by different Doctors and I have never felt rushed. All of them are good, however, Doctor Aminullah Zamani is a hero for ongoing support. The Reception team Mrs Alison Harris, Mrs Parampreet Kaur and Mrs Madaisa Vedi are fabulous providing me with test results and onward referrals and they have been so pleasant and helpful. Keep doing what you are doing team Cranford Medical Centre, I think you are wonderful.
