really bad service on their website it says 11pm shut but they close early
Post office shuts sooner than advertised. They wouldn't allow me to post a parcel after 6pm. They just kept saying the post office won't change our timings. Now I've lost my payment as I had to deliver by close of business today. Disappointed
Great service went out of way to help me out
Having read the previous bad reviews, I was reluctant to go, but having just been, they got the job done, had all the necessary facilities. Not quite service with a smile, but cant complain. Shrug*
I checked on line the opening hours before catching the bus. Queued at the post office till only to learn from the person being shouted at in front of me that it was closed. There was no apology or explanation. This was during the day time. Staff are rude and my bus fare and time was wasted. This is not a service and the post office should close this till down so that people are not misled.
