This post office is ALWAYS busy and theres always just two people serving. You have to wait for ages in the queue. The staff is not welcoming at all, its as if someone is forcing them to be there. The self serving machines get stuck and theres noone to help.

Post Office website states that Hounslow carry out the DBS check validation. Get to branch for staff to say that they don't know. Abysmal service.
Pathetic customer service. Sunday is no go day. One till open for about 80 people in the line. The self service never works. How is this business still in operation... 1.5 reviews says it all....
Decent sized post office, staff a little slow but friendly. Gets the job done and sorted in a timely manner. On the first floor and a little hidden if you havent been there before.
