Very very professional Specially Mr Jaz and Mr Gurvinder.They both are very polite and helpful .I recently bought house through DBK and the whole process was done within a month . Jaz advised ,helped and guided me with every step , Being first time buyer I was little anxious but their time to time approach and communication made me relax.I would like to thanks the whole team @ Heston DBK and will recommend if anyone planning to buy or sell house.

Very rude. Unprofessional. Guy whose name aman is so rude. We viewed the property last evening after when they closed the office and we really liked the property and then they advised us that first thing in the morning we will call you and then we will do the paper work.. they promised us first person will be you whom we will rentbtjis house to but as they said they will call me in the morning they called me but just to let me know that they have given this house to someone else. Some one he knows. And when we mentioned that you said we will be the priority, he said nothing I can do and disconnected the phone.. I'll recommend no one should go to them seriously.
They play games when you want to make an offer. Reject it themselves and ask for more. Employees are unprofessional and put you on silent hold midway through conversation on the telephone.
