Poorest of the poor experience.They force you to clean your apartment buying unnecessary Amway products and afterwards will deduct money for cleaning.Even they don't visit before you leave your apartment so that they can do fraud business
Worst and horrible experience!!!!Staff are very unprofessional doesn't want to listen to their customers. If they make a mistake doesn't want to accept it. One time they will tell you something and they change their words in a minute. Very unreliable.My request to everyone is never ever go to this estate agent especially Hounslow west branch.
