What a joke! This place is called "5 Star Estate Agents" but they treat you with, at best, 1 (ONE) star service and attitude. I am a landlord of a property they manage, but they have been late on my "guaranteed rent" for 3 months. Whenever I call, or email, they ignore and say "The money will be there next week". It is always constant lie. They have a very poor reputation as well among the community.Save yourself the hassle. Do NOT deal with Gill or anyone at "Five Star Estate Agents" . I will be filing an official complaint shortly with the government.

Ridiculous customer service didn't even have the decency to explain the answer to my question and lied and said he was in a meeting and put the phone down if you were in a meeting you wouldn't have even answered!!!! this agency should be shut down it's the worst agent in the whole borough disgusting service and shouldn't even be existing!
