The worst place I have ever been. My son had a pneumonia (!!!!!) and the doctors diagnosed nothing. They said he is fine (there is nothing to worry about it) they said as well Calpol is enough. For me as a mother they supposed to fired all of them and look for a new professional stuff who knows what to do when it becomes to the emergence situation.
As a patient, I attended Hounslow Medical Centre practice today. Two Receptionists were talking to patients first rather than waiting for them to speak. Dr Nitin Kumar was very skilled and helpful as ever. In the past, I have seen their Partners; Dr Bhasker Patel, Dr Meena kumar, Dr Sahota and new Partner Dr Krishana Mohan Singh; they are an excellent team of hope to all patients. I give 5 stars to all 5 partners.I wish all doctors, nurses, assistants and receptionists; Happy New Year 2019. They helped me in 2018, whenever I needed help. I saw that other patients were also smiling. I recommend this practice to new patients because their patients get better, so they need more patients.
Overall, I'm happy with the service provided. I like the text reminders that I get for appointments and the reminder letters to book follow-up appointments. The staff are friendly and appointments are thorough. It is long having to wait 3 weeks for an appointment to be available, but it is understandable. I relocated to Hayes a few years ago and have been reluctant to change surgery as I am happy with being registered here, however I will need to relocate soon for convenience. Thank you
An absolutely terrible practise from poor reception to GPs who are looking at the wrong patient files or prescribing the wrong medicines. In-competencies throughout. Id give this a zero if possible.
Each time I call there is some kind of issue with me seeing a Doctor. The ladies who answer our calls are so rude, these ladies are the first point of contact when we call in. Why do they need to be so rude? I called on the 24th May to book an appointment with the GP and the earliest appointment I was offered was 14th JuneI'll be changing my doctors surgery from Hounslow Medical Centre. I wouldn't recommend this surgery to anyone.
