Excellent customer service. We arrived 3arly and the front desk staff was able to find us available rooms to check in early. I didn't like the fact that we were given a room with a queen size bed and pull out couch, but the bed is very comfortable despite being smaller than what I needed. Hotel interior is very clean and decor is modern. If I was able to get a room with a King size bed (as I'm 6'4), I would rate this hotel 6 out of 5 stars.
The hotel was very clean and really well decorated in the lobby and dining area. The staff were very helpful and checked me in quickly. The room was a good size, with a really good size TV. The only. Downside was there was no way to get the room warm, only air conditioning which seemed to just never get up to the temp I wanted so it was a little cold at all times.
The hotel isa. short shuttle bus ride form Heathrow. It is very basic on the exterior. Inside, its comfortable and welcoming. The staff at reception are hospitable and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Having said that, the rooms heating system and power outlets / TV etc were not working, but the hotel fixed it within 30 minutes of notifying the reception. Very good service and attentive to any issues. I had the included buffet breakfast. Sufficient selection on the buffet for a good breakfast.In all, a good stay. The hotels scheduled shuttle service to Heathrow takes about 15 minutes from the hotel. I will recommend this hotel and stay here again.
Amazing interior, polite staff, easy check in and out. Only stayed one night as I was leaving early to travel to next destination the next day. But the one night was very pleasant. Very big bed and was supplied with lots of shampoo and body wash. Massive mirror in the bath room !
The hotel was not bad at all for the price. The hotel is modern, clean and easily accessible from the London Heathrow Airport via the Hopper (7 or 56) for 5 Sterling Pounds per person. The staff were super nice and friendly. The rooms are a bit small, but again, everything in Europe is smaller in size when compared to America. We had to spend one night in London on our way back to Los Angeles from Rome. I wasn't expecting a 5 Star hotel and being pampered 24/7. This hotel did a great job at accommodating our needs.
