Had a very nice time in the hotel and in the city. The staff is very friendly and professional. The hotel is close to the Heathrow Airport and to the city center.There is breakfast available that is very handy as it is just down in the lobby and is a very affordable price for a continental buffet. The rooms are clean. I will definitely come back here.
Great hotel and amazing and very friendly stuff. The location is good and receptionist explained how to get to underground and to the city which isnt too far. They also made it sure that we had a good stay at the hotel and did everything to make it comfortable. They were very polite and greeted us the second we came in on the door.
Despite being a budget hotel, the ibis is fantastic. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are basic as expected but surprisingly very comfortable and very clean. Good location for getting the bus into Heathrow too, so really, you might as well get a bite to eat there and nip back. I can't comment on room price as such because my company usually pays for me when I have to work at other Airports. I gather however that it is sometimes not actually the cheaper hotel on site. I'd definitely recommend it though.
Great hotel for it's price. Small room but for a single night it didn't matter. Super comfy bed, clean room, and helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone passing through Heathrow and needs to sleep for a night.Check in very fast and check out also . highly recommend.
great place , near the airport and shopping area, close to Subway. Friendly stuff and clean rooms. I recommend. Please be sure to take with you shower gel there is none in rooms. Free coffee in the morning is very good. Smoking area is in front of the hotel. During the night airplanes can be heard , but is not very noisy.
