Very Good Place...Nice Room...
Worst place ive ever been. Terribly overpriced, walls falling apart, broken beds... a joke. Avoid at any cost.
This place is scruffy and dirty, window would not shut, it was cold ,bedding also had stains on , no one on reception not worth the money. Will never stay again
At this hotel there is no breakfast included in the price has it says on the Internet the whole in side of this place is in desperate need of of a make over, walls, carpets, curtains, receptions a mess and there is no lift, and no one to help with your bags, only one man who didn't speak much English but tried his best, on the plus side the hotel is in a great location, plenty of shopping, restaurants and 10 minutes walk away from the tube station, plenty of free parking, house keeping every day, clean towels and bedding the room was spacious with shower and toilet, and we came and went with no hassles as we pleased, it's such a shame this hotel could be so much more
Room was good but very cold in the night. Heating system didn't work. I was REPEATEDLY told they would provide an electric heater but it never came. No proper blankets, no heating and internet only work sometimes. I'm having a hard time here.
