The staff were great, everyone was very nice, understanding and gave good customer service.Unfortunately for me that's where the good things ended...The majority of the food was really bad, the breakfast area was super small & most of the food left out for breakfast had gone all funny & you could clearly see most of it was left out virtually all morning. The room I stayed in was nice but very compact and small, not good for anyone with claustrophobia...Overall, I think the customer service would get a 5* but the rest would be a maximum of 3* if I was feeling generousOh & let me not forget about the car park around the corner which customers who pay for the parking on site should use... junkies everywhere & one of which was lingering around & picked up a random glass bottle from the floor... if I am paying for parking I expect EVERY car park which I am required to use to be safe and secure... this car park was not... There's about 10 spaces in the actual hotel car park so, when it was full, my partner and I were asked to go to this other dark, and what seemed to be an abandoned car park with junkies everywhere. We decided to refuse to park there & instead the staff allowed us to park our the hotel car park and once a space became available they were going to move my car.A space didn't become available but that's fine.

Good value for money hotel. Good location and good friendly staff. Good rooms overall although the bathroom needs better maintenance and so does the heating. The lift being out of order for more than 2 weeks was unacceptable for a high quality hotel unfortunately. Overall a good choice.

Most of the staff is friendly except for the night clerk who kept thinking we where trespassing despite the fact we stayed there for 6 days. The rooms are nice but there cleaning staff needs major improvements. For example the coffee and sugar wrappers would be picked up 3 maybe 4 days later then the regular coffee packets would not be replaced. Stains on the shower, the walls, and even the lamp shades. The breakfast was good and the meat pie on the menu is also good. So this is a mixed review

Would be four stars if there was any customer support. I had a few good stays here. The rooms are comfortable clean etc but unfortunately when Ive had an issue I've contacted reservations and had no response. Won't be staying again

Really friendly staff, especially the guy at reception in the morning and afternoon. Rooms clean enough. Air conditioning works well, overall a good hotel with a excellent staff base. Very welcoming.
