I would like to say as a new patient having tried three doctors surgeries in Hounslow with very bad service that this practice has a great level of service of care and attention, especially by the Drs I have seen & phlebotomist Laura she has a sense of humour, she is gentle her manner is polite & respectful and put me at ease professionally during my blood test. Dr Najir was thorough and answered all my questions and gave advice on what to do next-also polite respectful and Dr Khan is polite helpful respectful and does all she can both are highly professional Doctors in my opinion I highly recommended the practice.Always polite, always have time, it's a busy surgery so the phone lines are very busy and you are on hold for on average 9 -16minutes but that's to be expected. Thank you Blue Wing.
This doctors opens phone lines for appointments at 8.00am I have been on hold for a hour and 6 mins and still nothing! I NEVER need an appointment here and this is disgusting! Especially as I hung up (after 1 hour and 6 mins) and called back and was answered within 3 mins?! Terrible doctors! God forbid it was a child in need to help from there GP poorKid would end up in A&E. all in all terribleService to there patients.
Today: 27th Feb 2016 - time 10:08am. Have been ringing the surgery from 8:30am onwards and no one picks up the phone. Phone just rings and rings and rings until I hang up :( I was trying to book an appointment, which I rarely do, so will have to try the internet route. This is annoying as I don't carry login details with me at work.
