Having used 3 local doctors, in the Richmond borough, this is by far the best one.
The staff at this practise are always friendly and helpful and will do their best to accommodate and treat you. They are good in both urgent and non urgent situations - although sometimes getting a non urgent appointment at a specific time can be a wait.
They are meant to be opened at 7am but the phones are still not connecting saying that the practice is closed at it is now 7h42am? I need to make an appointment for my son to see the Dr urgently.
Absolutely diabolical. The worst practice I have ever used. I went to see Dr Mandy Baum in a very fragile state with a chronic illness, she couldn't have cared less. She was patronising, rude and rushed me out of the room. I did not choose to see her, I was allocated her, yet she more or less told me not to book with her again as she has more important things to do. She seems to care more about her budget than the well being of other humans, maybe she should have become an account and not a doctor.
