I have never experienced such unprofessional staff at a doctors surgery in all my life. The receptionists are rude, patronizing and all together lazy. They have lost my parents prescriptions on several occasions and sent their prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy when we have been using the same pharmacy for years. I'm actually fed up with the treatment my parents and I have received and even when I made a complaint to the manager two months ago, she seemed to lack any understanding of the actual role of a manager, she was clueless and rude and I am so confused how a doctors practice can hire such a unprofessional person and give them the position of manager. I have still not received any reply to my complaint. ridiculous, utter chaos...shame on them!
Unfriendly, rude, incompetent and dismissive receptionists. Long long wait for appointments.Never get to see the same doctor.Their standard of care and knowledge of how to behave towards, and then treat Special Needs adults and children is non existent.No care or compassion at this surgery. Try not to become ill if this is your only option.Cold and unfriendly space and people.
Horrible , too many patients . over a month for an appointment . Don't join if you care about your health .
