Bad doctors worse I every come across rude staff.
Where do I start... 1. You have to wait 3-4 weeks for an appointment by then I could be dead2. The nurse Mary is rude and has no people skills. Apparently, she is not good at drawing blood so she literally stabs you 3-4 times.3. You specifically ask for a certain doctor and on the day youre given another doctor who thinks you might be diabetic. Either you are or not. You suggest to come back in 3 months for another blood test? 4. The receptionists/who ever answers the calls should work for MI5 as you literally have to beg for an appointment. 5. The delivery man lost a bag full of smear tests. I had to call 5 times to chase the results. In the end I gave up to be called after two months to be told I had to come in for Mary (the nurse) to aggressively swab me again! 6. The GP decided to put me on vitamin tablets after a blood test which I was not informed about. The GP (dont know which one) has sent an electronic prescription to my local pharmacy. 2 months later I went back for a blood test to be asked how the tablets going? What tablets was my reaction. Thanks for letting me know..... Google/ self medicating is a better solution than waiting 3/4 weeks to see a doctor. I could be a gp, myself. I, strongly suggest if the sugergy can not handle the influx of patients they should not allow people to register with them.
Nobody here cares about you. Terrible experience. Avoid if you have a choice
