Absolutely rude staff at reception. They make you wait an absurd amount of time before they answer your call. I was at reception and calling to get someone to come talk to me. I saw a lady sitting by the computer ignoring the phone ringing and then when she finally came to talk to me she was very rude. One Polish lady who works there is always nice and very helpful. The only person there so far who is actually worthy of her position.
Poor service, been trying to get blood test results for 2weeks lol. All day no answer and then cut phone off at 5pm. Ridiculous, think reception staff just go to work for a social gatherings, surgery and doctors are good.
Really good staff and doctors its just getting appointment is really hard cant blame them its the nhs
Been waiting on the phone for 1.20 minutes waiting for blood test results... ive been caller number one for 45 mins.
