Rude manager and will never advise anyone to stay here. Cancelled booking within minutes and shouted at and told not getting money back all should avoid this place as dishonest and rude manager on fiddle STAY AWAY
Please do not plan to stay there specially with family, if all the options are closed and you have no choice or roof to sleep in cold night then only book this in emergency, VII shouldnt called Hotel as I dont found any quality or basic amenities which should be in Hotel, I supposed its not eligible for a lodge as well .Sorry to say but my review is important as do not want others to face like I faced , I booked for 4-Days based on website description given by one of the famous hotel Booking site and shown the hotel in the way which was not at all true may be graphics or very old pics uploaded on site and after checked in I did call them and reported and next day I checked out and hired some other Hotel for rest of my stay without getting the refund so far from them .If you want to fall sick then only go there.
Terrible rooms. Spend no money what so ever on making the room feel comfortable. Pillows are like ironing boards. Beds are worse than prison ones. The quilt is literally sandwiched between 2 bed sheets. Don't change bedding everyday neither. Seriously need spend some money on the rooms and the decor. And hire a better cleaner for God sake
